    The Seaside Pool Paradise Suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The sunsets were amazing, and the food options, especially at the Michelin-recognized restaurants, were really good. The lack of activities in the evening was disappointing, as the resort felt quiet too soon. Service could be improved, as wait times for food and drinks were extended, diminishing the experience. The location felt remote, especially with high taxi fares.

    stunning, particularly good location in khao lak, close enough to both restaurants, a soft sanded beach that stretches many kilometres and thailand for the last month in several top resorts. twin room with jacuzzi on balcony. caring staff and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a lot of options.

    Stunningly beautiful hotel with sea views on the sea and the lagoon and amazing staff. A sofa bed, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment available in the suite.

    Our group vacation was lovely! The tranquil ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and the beach was fine. We loved the kayak adventure and the complimentary yoga sessions. All the staff were warm and cute. Highly recommend this spot for some quality time with friends!

    The gym could definitely use some improvements. It felt almost nonexistent. Food service was a bit slow despite the low season and almost empty hotel.

    The staff is very courteous. The buffet breakfast leaves nothing to be desired - a very rich selection. Guests are provided with water and fruit on the beach - a stay like in paradise. And Khao Lak as well as a local market are nearby for those who are looking for some action.

    The air conditioning is a bit noisy and the duvets are too thick.

    The resort is perfect for families, with an amazing beach right outside and a tranquil ambiance that keeps everyone relaxed. We particularly enjoyed the kayak adventure which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings and spend quality time together. It's a great mix of leisure and family fun.

    My kids wished that there were more organized activities for families to do together at the resort.

    Buffet breakfast was amazing. Though there are no fresh juices. Non-alcoholic minibar included. Rooms with jacuzzi are very nice!

    Restaurants and bars are too expensive. Cappuccino almost 10 Eur. A simple meal with non-alcoholic drinks for 2 people approx. 80Eur. Fruit plate in the room was not refilled.

    It was luxury stay, I liked outstanding food.

    Amazing prices, everything exceeded high expectations. Everything was perfect, luxurious hotel, the location was unbeatable very close to Thailand for the last month in several top resorts, and nice. The staff was well-trained, they provided a great service. The room of this place was well decorated and huge with a whirlpool. Incredible and exceptionally nice breakfast served at the restaurant.
